DHTML Doesn't work correctly

So, when i try to press button, created in html, it is doesn't work, and parent panel is moving. (This circle doesn't pressing (web-page: ru.pbox-serv.ga/tests.html ) )

Seems all panels have this issue where they nudge down and right, Even the front page example code with just an empty DFrame shows this behavior when user Uses the panel with E etc.
