Segfault in leveldb (bdb)

There's segfault issue in bdb.This happens both on MacOS and Ubuntu, unfortunately we don't have data about Windows. Currently, I removed macos from the CI to reduce number of segfault for now, because it happens there more frequently. But this needs to be investigated and fixed.
