If the game is launched in windowed mode, the F11 key behaves normally when switching between fullscreen and windowed, always going back to a 800x600 window on windowed.

However, if the game is launches with fullscreen on in the options, then when switching to windowed mode will give a full-size window that defeats the purpose of going to windowed mode.
