Filenames cannot have spaces

When adding files to the book with a space in the filename, the webview browser shows "Page not found".

I'm getting a "Webpage not available" message in the emulator even though I renamed the file to eliminate the space. For example, I am getting the message:

"The webpage at file:///assets/book/BookCover.html might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address."

Which version of Android are you using? This is a known bug in Android 4 (Ice Cream Sandwich): http://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=30590
