Any luck getting this addon to work on windows?

I am trying to use this addon in a windows environment and cant seem to get it to compile. It fails due to not having CoreFoundations. Has anyone had any luck getting this working?

This addon only supports macOS. For windows user, please try ofxBlackmagic2. https://github.com/elliotwoods/ofxBlackmagic2 or my folk, https://github.com/hanasaan/ofxBlackmagic2 (easier integration by addon_config.mk)
