【功能建议】对滚动模式的触摸体验进行优化

比如用win板，苹果板，安卓板的时候，滚动模式用手指划起来比较费力，可否在滚动模式中支持一下自由滚动的效果（就是那种划一下松手后，页面会有惯性一样的再往下移动一段距离）。
