I'm having same issue but I suspect it's not teslamate. I have my Tesla account connected to evPulse which is required by my utility for cheaper electric rates for charging....

It's happening for me too. Seems like an API issue. Based on my investigation, I noticed that when the car is online it keeps changing status of car between asleep...

 Not sure why but the car isn't sleeping. I don't have anything other than Tesla mate. I even reset my password to make sure there isn't any other app...

I would like to have touch supported STN too. I understand why this project cannot build it, but we could potentially use youtubeapi this project uses as submodule and build...
