Improve servlet support

It is possible to deploy Hammock based applications to servlet containers (e.g. Apache Tomcat). We should provide these a bit better

  • [ ] Register servlets, filters via ServletContextEvent

  • [ ] Provide instructions, examples

  • [ ] ??
