"Unable to create deployment artifact bucket" when follow the guide in php artisan sidecar:configure command

After selecting the AWS region to deploy, this error occurs.  Could someone give me some advice on how to resolve it? Thank in advance

Getting this weird error on Browsershot. Works fine on staginng ,but not live
