New setup issues

Tracking issues I ran into while setting up Cycledash on a new laptop:

  • [ ] Running gulp prod the first time fails due to a missing bootstrap file. Subsequent runs succeed.
  • [ ] DEVELOP.md still refers to Biodalliance.
  • [ ] We should have a sample ENV.sh file on the Cycledash wiki
  • [ ] Point to some real BAM files in the test DB for easier setup.
