When viewing multiple samples, key examine table on variant rather than (variant, sample)

Large design issue but @iskandr noted, when looking at @arahuja's variant calls for Josh Brody, that it's hard to tell when a somatic variant is also present in the germline as the variants are displayed on two separate rows.
