Disable scroll only for month view

Your code works for me now with Chrome Version 47.0.2526.35 beta-m (64-bit) (Windows 10), in that scrolling no longer happens with the mouse wheel in the Month view, but now it does not work either to scroll within a single day or week view, where it would be natural to see items later in the day if they are off-screen.
