inverted nagios_return_value on backups_available action

I Fixed the behavior that is expected on checking the backups available.

I assume that what is intended to do is to check that there are at least N backups, so, if N is less than the Warning threshold, WARNING is fired, if N is less than the critical threshold, CRITICAL is fired.
