Since ABAs release, rating update has stopped working and does not report any wins or losses

I read their discord. The person is working. But the process seems to be slow.

Honestly, it's a mystery to me how it takes them so much time to setup SSL certificates. Just write some ansible playbook that calls let's encrypt restarts nginx and you are good.
