Bump Package Dependency versions to the latest

  • Bump prosthetic-hand to 1.4.0 but not to 2.0.0 (requires additional changes)
  • Bump prettier to 2.8.8 (not 3) as it currently conflict with gulp-eslint formatting
  • Bump Package version to 0.9.6
  • Update distribution file

No functional changes implemented, only changes added are related to update to prettier
