How to make a item list menu to drag over new generated colluns?

hello. id like to make a operacional process creator. i need to have a left side collun with my actions and i need to drag to right sided colluns that can be in html or generated by a new collun button. i have some work arounds to do it that i dont know how to. 1- the actions collun ( left side ) canot "loose" its item that was drag to other colluns. 2- the leftsided collun dont receive any objects draged fron another colluns.

this is my code that is doing in a poor way the first item.

• when i drag some item to another collun this item dont adjust to layout.
