Fix test suite

Test suite is currently failing. Since v2 still supports Node 8 I'm going to start by pinning dependencies and go from there.

I've narrowed it down to esbuild at this point, though I'm not sure why pinning dependencies doesn't reproduce the build that published in 2.0.5...
