Remove Social Share in other pages except blog/posts

I have my website in https://ibnunowshad.com

I do have some extra pages apart from blog/posts (about me pages). I don't need social share icons in them. How can I remove social share icons from those pages?

I'm not full fledged coder. Probably the setting in layout/post or layout/single etc.,?

@ibnunowshad Did you find how to remove "share" buttons from the "about" webpage? If yes, could you please write how this can be solved?
