希望在设置里可以选择时候开启：在用户注册时要勾选隐私政策等条款的选项

目前可以通过主题端自定义认证页面的方式进行处理：https://docs.halo.run/developer-guide/theme/template-variables/auth

附议。主题端换个主题就啥都没了

这个功能建议内置支持，实现方式为在设置中选择隐私政策、服务协议等页面，然后在注册页面底部添加必选项。我已经将此 issue 标记到 2.22.x
