描述一下此特性

后端支持代理 admin 的构建资源，提供 admin 的路由。

可能需要考虑的问题：

  1. 是否需要通过 CI 在发布 Halo 版本的时候自动构建 admin。
  2. 是否需要将 admin 的构建资源托管到 Halo 主项目。
  3. 考虑到目前支持多用户和多角色，admin 这个单词是否还合理。
