Firefox and Safari save the file with a funny names

I just tested firefox 31.0 on Mac and it downloaded with the correct name. Safari 7.0.6 downloads it with the filename `Unknown` with no extension.

Localization support

Hmm, that's interesting. I didn't know that. Yeah, right now I am dropping commas all together in the amount field. Because there could be numbers like, "$2,432.43". I'm not sure...
