Please update the schematic with latest revision

Hi Charles, i'm a maker and i'm interested to work on the ULPNode, i think that is very interesting and a good solution in order to deal with ULP processor.

I've seen the schematic, but comparing it to the image that is shown on this [blog post] (https://hallard.me/ulpnode-projet-update/) it seems outdated.

You could please commit the latest revision with all the modification? Thanks
