Warning: --split_bam (-S) is deprecated

Dear authors,

When I try to use the speedseq sv for CNV calling, I met the warning information like

Warning: --split_bam (-S) is deprecated

I am wondering whether it's a big issue for CNV calling and the reasons to cause this warning.
