Hi Hall-lab,

I'm trying to run speedseq on my cluster, but I hit many errors here and there. Instead of fixing lots of errors, could you provide us the latest container image, like docker or singularity? I searched your docker image and it was 2 years ago but your latest update was 6 month ago. So could you make the latest image?
