Add a feature to allow selecting a keymap different from the one set for Rider

Describe the solution you'd like It would be nice to have the option to choose the keymap that the plugin uses to display keyboard shortcuts, similar to what the "Presentation Assistant" offers.

The goal is to use my own localized "Visual Studio Czech" keymap for Rider and original English "Visual Studio" keymap for Key-Promoter-X.
