Support accessing sub elements of root element for XML reader and writer

With the current implementation of the XPlan Writer, it is not possible to add a boundedBy value to the root element XPlanAuszug. Same for the reader - it is not possible to access e.g. a boundedBy element from the source root element. This should be possible - either by creating an according mapping or automatically generated from the geometries of the contained objects or....

Are there other elements that would make sense to have? For the BoundedBy element, I would prefer to make that an option on the XPlanGML Writer to emit it or not, and to automatically compute it.
