Spatial Join does not work for some points and polygons

When using this project, the Spatial Join does not work for some point/polygon combinations. The issue occurs for Build 701252867 Revision 27ccd157d288a0ff57daf06c25fca5c01f766738 But running the transformation in the current 4.1.0 Snapshot did lead to the same result.

Only 51 DerivedSoilProfile.isDerivedFrom.href instances are created when transforming this data (instead of 61). I created a reduced dataset with one of the problematic combinations for debugging reasons: Boden_BUEK300.zip

But when only transforming this sub dataset, the spatial Join behaves as expected.
