DefaultProjectReader prefers save configuration over actual file name

When loading an XML project file, DefaultProjectReader prefers the file name information obtained from the save configuration over the actual name of the loaded project file when determining the path of the alignment.xml file (here).

This leads to the situation that when you clone an XML project and its companion files manually (i.e. not via Save project as...) and leave both versions next to each other in the same directory, hale will load the alignment of the original project instead of the copied alignment.
