Loading source data from WFS may result in endless loop

When importing source data from a WFS via the UI wizard, the checkbox Paginate WFS requests is always activated by default, independent from the WFS version.

If the user does not deactivate the Paginate WFS requests checkbox in the wizard, this may lead to hale studio loading the same data from the WFS perpetually if the server does not support the STARTINDEX parameter (which is not required for WFS versions 1.1.0 and earlier).

A possible solution would be to activate the checkbox by default only for WFS versions 2.0.0+.
