Enhancement Request:

It would be helpful for developers to have the Generate SQL... Create, Update, Delete and Procedure Create, Update, Delete options on tables in VSCode like we have in ACS. I'll try to include an image of that dropdown here. But it is one of the new features in 1.1.9.3 of ACS, in the Schemas component when right clicking on a table name, Generate SQL option.
