I believe this issue is now fixed in the multiplayer/master branch
In my case my Steam language is English, and I've changed the Source SDK Base 2013 Multiplayer language to Polish running the game with `$HOME/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/common/SteamLinuxRuntime_sniper/_v2-entry-point -- ./mod_tf_linux64` started the game...
The answer will probably be the same as in https://github.com/ValveSoftware/source-sdk-2013/issues/141#issuecomment-22062601 hammer uses AFX/MFC libraries, so it's Windows only. Porting it to QT/anything multiplatform is currently impossible, as Hammer source code...

Haskell is only needed if server is also compiled in. For the game itself it it not needed.
Looks like `er28-0652/setup-ghidra` supports `@actions/tool-cache`npm package (https://github.com/actions/toolkit/tree/main/packages/tool-cache); maybe it should be possible to cache entire Ghidra installation? https://github.com/actions/gh-actions-cache could be used to check if caches are saved
Are these mirrors usable if someone wants to use gardenlinux as a base image in their Dockerfile?
