Column option to deduplicate by username

What about fb posts where username is not filled in?

Facebook user names aren't unique, e.g. there are a lot of "Ian Renton"s. Only the userid number is unique. If you get a Facebook item from SuccessWhale that doesn't have the userid field you need, that's a bug I need to fix.

This was just an experiment to see what happens if everyone could only ever have one tweet that was replaced by the next one.
