Add support for characters that need 2+ modifiers

Fixes #83

Adds support for keyboard characters that need two or more modifiers to be printed. An example of this is the "{" character that, using an Italian keyboard, can be printed by pressing LEFT_BRACE + RIGHT_ALT + SHIFT (see Issue #83 for more info).
