The wiki has https://github.com/hak5darren/USB-Rubber-Ducky/wiki/Duckencoder

which points to https://github.com/hak5darren/USB-Rubber-Ducky/blob/master/duckencoder.jar

However that is not as new as the version in Encoder/encoder.jar (which includes STRING_DELAY command version 2.6.4). https://github.com/hak5darren/USB-Rubber-Ducky/blob/master/Encoder/encoder.jar

It'd be nice to see the Downloads page updated to point to the latest version 2.6.4.
