Measure: Show extended info

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When using the measure tool we have gotten requests to be able to show extendend information. For lines this means to show the length of all segments as well as the total length. For areas the circumference and for non-circles segment lengths as well. For points show the coordinate system as well as the coordinates.

These things can be done in the map today but requires extra measurements by the user (and a steady hand) and for the point a different tool, Show coordinate.

Describe the solution you'd like Ability to choose what info should show depending on geometry type with a number of checkboxes like the "Show measurement" option in the draw tool.

I think this could be added to the new draw-model in core. (The measure-plugin should be re-built to use the core draw-model soon).
