Inconsequence in tool description

I found out that there is a big inconsequence in a tool description. Right now it is only the measurement tool that has a " ? " symbol at the top that describes how the tool is working. But... there is no easy way to add similar description to other tools ( missing feature in Admin ? ) or to update existing one (missing feature in Admin? ). As far as we know there is about 90% usage of external Hajk for mobile users. So description there in not adjusted to the real client group.

Solution:

• make it easier to add tool descriptions withing Admin ?
• adjust existing description to real user group.
