GetLegendGraphic: DarkMode + HiDpi

Would be great to wrap GetLegendGraphic requests in a component to handle:

  1. DarkMode
  2. High Dpi

In GeoServer, GetLegendGraphic supports fontColor, bgColor and DPI.

It would also be good to ba able to handle this when using GetLegendGraphic image in InfoClick.
