3D measurement tools - landmass volume to plane

IDEA: In measurement tools - while drawing area it computes the lowest and highest point within area. That creates a plane that computes upwards (or downwards) amount of landmass that is in defined height range. With that example image Lowest point defining area is on 224.5m, while heighest within area on 238.33. I want to know how great amount of landmass is above that 224.5 in defined area. Answer is 18092.98 m3.

It is possible to change height of cutline to for ex. 230m and than computation results will show 12782m3 under cutline and 4441.98 above it. It is the most simple metod to compute landmass for ex. withing quarry sites, or sandmass within dunes.
