DocumentHandler - automatic zoom to document map context

Problem description: Right now if someone is using dokumenthandler and wants to open map with described content has to click on previously created link - ex. "show content on the map". If you have a big document with many pages it is really irritating. Specially if you want to browse content in quite dynamic way.

Need: It would be great to have similar functionality as it is now in StoryMaps of ESRI. While scrolling (or opening next side with dokumenthandler) layers and views will adjust automatically. So there is no longer need to click on a link like "show content on a map". It will be much more fluent and user friendly.

Solution: Create a possibility to merge "link to map" with "open new document" function. So while opening new document it will zoom to map settings connected with that specific document. If someone prefers the way it is now - leave that option as well.
