Uploaded .mov files from apple phone do not appear in seafile browser. But appear in android seafile.

Hi,

recently i have an really annyoing issue. Some users of my family seafile server are using Seafile client for iOS. When they upload .mov files, i can't see them in the webbrowser navigating to the folder. If i download the folder, it also do not contain the new .mov files.

The weirdest thing of all is, that if i open seafile client on my android phone i can see the .mov files. How can i fix this?

Update: I copied one of the ten .mov files with the android seafile app to another folder. From the webbrowser i could see the copied file. Then i moved it to the source folder in webbrowser mode. Out of sudden the missing other .mov Files just appeard after the move of the single file. Any idea how to make sure, that this is not happening anymore?
