[feature request] create thumbnails in background

I would like to see thumbnail creation when not scrolling a directory with missing thumbnails. I have in mind something like a cronjob or a background tasks (triggered when access seafile) that creates thumbs for newly uploaded files. By that the process can have a low priority so that the server generates images slowly but steady.
