Re-introduce Postgres support?

Postgres is literally the only sane database solution for people who use ARM-based K8S, e.g. RPi, Graviton, Ampere cluster with proper DB HA, backup, scaling right now (and Percona didn't even build for arm64 so we can't use their operator yet)

I would suggest let postgres come back.
