8.0.4 misses django-simple-captcha

I've downloaded 8.0.4 from https://www.seafile.com/en/download/ and ran the setup-seafile.sh. seafile.sh starts as expected, but seahub.sh failed to start. I got it working with manually copying an installation of django-simple-captcha into seahub/thirdpart (copying captcha and ranged_response.

To me it seems like the seafile-server_8.0.4_x86-64.tar.gz should just include those.
