seaf-cli client stops downloading changes after a while

It seems like seaf-cli client will after several weeks stop downloading changes. Sync status will still say commiting and then synchronised for that particular library, but recent changes will not be applied.

This is with seafile-cli 7.0.6-1 and Linux server 5.4.0-72-generic #80-Ubuntu SMP Mon Apr 12 17:35:00 UTC 2021 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Are there any logs or diagnostics that I could grab to help debug this issue?

(This seems similar to the https://github.com/haiwen/seafile-client/issues/1091, but was closed for unknown reason)
