Add "repeat-delay" to soundpack config

Hello, can you add BIOS keypress sound from Latitude D600 laptop?

I can send you the sound (it used only 1 for every key), but the problem is it behaved a bit differently (if you hold the key, it'd play click sound again and again after ~1 second instead of just playing it 1 time) and it seems impossible to do this in the editor.

You mean getting this to work in BIOS?

That's not ever happening.

not sure if I can make it right now, maybe in the near future since this is kinda a special request

I've updated this to Add "repeat-delay" to soundpack config and will look at implementing this in the future.

I'll Ьumр this issue one time to not get аutосlоsеd, as I think it still might be very useful for some if implemented in a form proposed by NotLazy. Though, honestly, I long forgot this program even exists :D
