Integration with Heroku

I am developing a chat system with swampdragon and it works fine on localhost. However, when I was trying to deploy on Heroku, I found it hard to set up ./manage.py runsd on the Heroku server. Is there a way to configure it in Procfile or anything? Thank you for the help.
