Consider adding "US" or Yahoo to package description?

The current package description (top line of the elisp file) is ;;; stock-ticker.el --- Show stock prices in mode line. Realizing that this package has been fixed for about five years, I'm in the middle of reviewing another PR to MELPA for Chinese stocks (https://github.com/melpa/melpa/pull/6387), and am pointing out a similar issue to that author.
