Stopped working, not opening

It was working very well 2 days ago, however I am having some strange issue. When I start run.cmd it opens and closes the cmd twice very fast, and nothoing happens.

I am on Windows 11 with nvidia 2080 Ti and it was working really well as I mentioned but today it is not working at all.. Any idea on what is causing this?

And I would like to know:

1 - Where does it save the models? 2 - Can I add my own models? 3 - Where does it save the generated images?
