Thanks @cpsievert! Actually, after you explained that I wasn't evaluating evals, I made that fix in trelliscopejs-lib (https://github.com/hafen/trelliscopejs-lib/commit/2de2fe93c3ffd41a365a20a13b055a002752c160). This will make TrelliscopeJS more robust to other htmlwidgets as well. So now things work without this patch.
