.SaveSelfExtractor method not offering stream output

Hi,

is there any specific reason why the .Save method offers to stream option but the .SaveSelfExtractor method doesn't? Would be great to have that option there as well.

Great library though.

Hi, I don't think there's any specific reason for not having that option, feel free to raise a PR for it.
